Dr. Jason Ashby, PT, ScD, OCS, FAAOMPT, Cert. MDT, CLT

Dr. Ashby has been a licensed physical therapist since 2003. A native of South Euclid, he obtained his bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University in 1999, and his master's degree in physical therapy from Cleveland State University in 2002. He has recently completed a Doctorate of Science degree in orthopedic physical therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Ashby has extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. He became certified in the McKenzie system of mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine and extremities in 2006 and completed a fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy in 2015. He became a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist in 2017 and in 2014 was certified as a lymphedema therapist through the Lymphedema Association of North America.
When not in clinical practice, Jason spends his time training others in physical therapy. He is an adjunct faculty member at the University of St. Augustine FLEX Doctor of Physical Therapy program in Austin, Tx, and is the program director for the physical therapist assistant program at Lakeland Community College.
